چکیده
The supplementation of lignocellulose-degrading enzymes can be used to enhance the performance biogas production in industrial plants. Since structural stability these enzyme preparations is essential for efficient application, reliable methods assessment are crucial. Here, a mass-spectrometric-based assay was established monitor enzymes, i.e., integrity proteins, anaerobic digestion (AD). analysis extracts Lentinula edodes revealed rapid degradation with an approximate half-life 1.5 h. observed low AD corresponded previous results obtained content. workflow easily adapted monitoring other formulations and provides platform evaluating effects additions AD, together characterization biochemical methane potential order determine biodegradability organic substrates.

Title: Degradation Kinetics of Taxol Using Mass Spectroscopy Degradation Kinetics of Taxol Using Mass Spectroscopy
Approved: Paclitaxel is a very important anticancer drug commonly called Taxol ®. We know from previous work (Hoffman, et al., 1998) that Taxol exists in filbert, Corylus avellana L. material. Quantification of Taxol in filbert plant material is painstaking and hitherto was accomplished by rapidly processing single batches in a complicated procedure (Hoffman, et al., 1998), which seemingly unav...
متن کاملKinetics of Propane Hydrate Formation in Agitated Reactor: A Mass Transfer Approach
Understanding the kinetics of gas hydrate formation is essential to model and predict the hydrate formation (or dissociation) process. In the present paper, we investigated the formation of pure propane gas hydrate as a former gas. In this regard, several experiments were conducted to measure the rate of hydrate formation under various pressures (410 to 510 kPa) and temperatures (274 K to 277 K...

Lignocellulose is the most abundant biomass on earth. Agricultural, forest, and agroindustrial activities generate tons of lignocellulosic wastes annually, which present readily procurable, economically affordable, and renewable feedstock for various lignocelluloses based applications. Lignocelluloses are the focus of present decade researchers globally, in an attempt to develop technologies ba...
متن کاملSimultaneous Analysis of Metabolite Residues from Degradation of Dithiocarbamates in Cereals Using Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Background and Objectives: Dithiocarbamates are groups of fungicides used to control pests of agricultural products. Analysis of these pesticides with liquid and gas chromatography instruments is associated with various problems due to the presence of metal groups in the structure of these compounds. Therefore, one of the ways for analysis the pesticides is to check the level of decomposition...
متن کاملEstimation of pyrolysis product of LDPE degradation using different process parameters in a stirred reactor
Pyrolysis of low density polyethylene (LDPE) by equilibrium fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) was studied in a stirred reactor under different process parameters. In this work, the effect of process parameters such as degradation temperature (420-510°C), catalyst/polymer ratio (0-60%), carrier gas type (H2, N2, ethylene, propylene, Ar and He), residence time and agitator speed (0-300 rpm) on the c...
